Good Vibrations vs. Bad Vibrations

Wholesome, natural food is healthier than processed, unnatural food. When we provide our bodies with high quality nourishment, we are happy, energized and balanced. The same principle is true for sound. Living in urban environments, we are surrounded by the sounds of trains, screeching brakes, sirens and other harsh, unnatural noises. These are considered to be bad vibrations as they affect the nervous system, causing stress and other forms of imbalance. The healthiest vibrations are those created naturally by the planet. These include the waves of the ocean, leaves rustling in the breeze, and the songs of birds. The didgeridoo is an instrument that is found in nature, literally an "earth instrument" that has been used in ceremony and for healing by the Australian Aboriginals for approximately 40,000 years. It creates natural vibrations that harmonize every cell in the body while facilitating deep meditative states of consciousness where one is most in touch with his or her higher self.
